Hot-dip galvanization process
Hot-dip galvanization is the key process to protect steel pipes, poles, frames, etc. from rusting; it is the most eco-friendly and economical way to prolong the lifespan of steel products and improve our environmental conditions.
Compared with electro-galvanization in which the zinc thickness is 5～15μm, hot-dip galvanized zinc thickness is above 35μm～200μm.
Poles under hot-dip galvanization are well covered in cohesive pure zinc, the protection grade is better than electro-galvanization and the price is higher. Our hot-dip galvanization process is below:
